University Inn Tempe/ASU

Great location, walking distance to many restuarants and beach park. Very clean room and did not smell like cigarettes. The bed & pillows very comfortable. Great customer service. I went for a marathon & the hotel was kind enough to grant us all an extra hour to check out. I would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed. Was able to check in very late (2am) with no issues, and was able to leave my bag in the lobby during the afternoon. Room was clean and modern. The shower had no door or curtain, just a half-pane of glass on the faucet side, which was different but not really an issue. The only issue I had was that the window had no curtains, so without a sleep mask I had no choice to be up at 8am.

This place is a gem. It's a perfect location. The rooms are remodeled and modern, very clean. The staff is excellent. They stayed late for us to check-in. They stored our bags for us so we could enjoy Tempe for the day. I would highly recommend!

Hotel staff were so friendly and kind during my stay! My room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The best part was that I was able to comfortably walk to restaurants, shops, and parks. Really lovely and absolutely unbeatable for the price. Would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay here! The owner and staff were very kind and accommodating. As a female traveling solo I felt comfortable and safe at this location. It was close to campus and Mills Ave so I walked around both without any issue. It is also very close to a Whole Foods which was awesome for quick meal runs. The room had everything I need, bed was comfy and the bathroom looked nearly renovated and clean. I would stay here again for sure!

I absolutely love this place. They staff have always been super easy and a pleasure to work with. The rooms are comfy and the beds and linens are nice. The parking lot is well lit and the smoking area is far enough away the rooms and office aren't bothered by the smell. They're located just far enough from everything where you don't feel the traffic but very easy access and some walkable. I've stayed there 2 times and next time I'm in town I'll be there again!

The hotel location is super strategic, near to the ASU and very close to street car (tram) stops, surrounded by prestigious hotels. Very close to the water refill station, near to the bank, several foods options. The room is clean, and the staffs and the owner are so friendly, nice and helpful. I’ve stayed around 3weeks. I have nothing to complain and i would highly recommend this place.

When I first came to Tempe over a year ago on my quest for a new job in Tempe, Arizona, I stayed one night at the University in and then the next morning I met the people that ran the place from the minute I checked in late that night, the room the service, the atmosphere. Everything about this place is just fantastic. When you need a place to rest for an evening and check hours at like you know late enough for me to get my things together. There's a little CVS right down the street. If you need to get a bite. They have amenities inside such as little tiny kitchenettes. You can make yourself a meal and it's right on Mill avenue for any event that comes up. So folks if you're ever in town, go and check out the University Inn and tell him old Stewart sent you
